Who We Are

Why “Already Won”

The name isn’t a boast about the business. It’s a statement of faith.

Already Won points to Christ, who already won the battle through His death on the cross and His resurrection. Everything this company is built on starts there. Building a business on that foundation is the only way we knew how to try it.

That’s why the logo carries a cross, not just a truck, and why the trailer reads “Send Me,” a nod to Isaiah 6:8: “Here am I. Send me.” A calling answered, not just a company launched.

The Founder

Tyler Alderfer

Before Already Won Logistics, Tyler served as a firefighter. It’s a job built on preparation, showing up when it counts, and staying calm when things go wrong. That mindset carries directly into how Already Won operates: ready before the call comes in, honest when something breaks, and present until the job is done.

The Already Won Way

Five principles. No exceptions.

Every load matters

No shipment is too small to handle with full attention. Reputation is built one load at a time, not in the aggregate.

We answer the phone

In an industry full of voicemail and slow replies, being reachable is a competitive advantage anyone can copy but almost nobody does.

We solve problems before you know they exist

Proactive communication when something goes wrong beats a perfect track record of staying quiet until asked.

Honesty beats excuses

If a pickup is late or a carrier falls through, you hear it from us first, plainly, with a plan. Not a story.

Every shipment should earn the next shipment

The goal of every load isn't just completing it. It's making you want to call again without being asked.
